New American Girl x KidKraft Dollhouse Leaks!

Hey everyone! Recently, Rainbowunicorncat1 posted a video with some AG leaks in it! The leaks were for a collab between AG and KidKraft with a dollhouse and a closet!

First off, here's a screenshot of the closet! It's supposed to cost $298 which is a lot considering it's obviously made of plastic and doesn't include very much. 

To me, this looks like something for Barbie and not at all like an AG item. I know Our Generation used to sell a closet made out of wood that was only $60 and it had a ton of space for clothes. This one feels like it's mainly for show. 

To sum everything up, I don't like it.

Now, here's the dollhouse! It's $598 and it's clearly made completely out of plastic, and the furniture's painted on the walls, so it is VERY overpriced for what it is. My dollhouse, which is made of wood and has hand painted walls was only around $100, if that puts things in perspective.

I think the ceiling fan and the window seat are cool, but compared to other dollhouse style big ticket items AG has made (such as Corinne and Gwynn's bedroom) this just looks terrible.

When I was younger, I watched the Barbie Dreamhouse show, and, honestly, this looks exactly like the house Barbie has in the show. I want to cry right now.

So, to sum it all up, I like the idea of AG making a dollhouse and a closet, but they look super cheap and definitely aimed for really little kids, even though it's the serious collectors who really care about having a dollhouse, and who try hard to find the space and the money to get one.
